I really enjoy eating various Latin cuisines and West Indian (Caribbean) food. In my father's country they use a lot of curry in various dish. Their meals or dishes are the same as Indian food, mostly from the South eastern part of India. My mum on the other hand I guess you can say from other Caribbean Islands and of course pastries, desserts from Holland that are eaten in the Netherlands Antilles (Islands).
