I believe that Minnesota should invest in better transportation and roads. The reason for public transportation is because people are getting scared to even ride because of the growing crime rate on the buses. The reason we need more roads is because these potholes in the roads are costing us lots of money out of our pockets for city problems.
I think the roads are very damages,and also the trasportation it is nesesary,so,I think both will be fine.
