Circle of Parents

Here is a message about a useful resource for parents. It's a little bit outside of our West Side area, but still sounds like it could be a lot of fun and a source of support.

Hello Friends,

Once again Circle of Parents will be starting up a new session here at the West 7th Community Center. The group of parents continues to grow and develop, I am very excited to start the new session this coming January. Please make this information available to your client, coworkers and agencies.

The main way I gain participants is through referrals. We are a parent run group with myself as the acting facilitator, each Monday all the parents and children receive dinner and gather in our staff room to eat together.
After dinner the children go and have fun with our day care providers while we meet from 6:00-7:30. The topics range form what funny thing my child did this month to the every day hardship of being a parents.

Please let me know if you have any questions. It will start up on January 4th and continue through March. We meet every Monday night from 5:30-7:30. Please register as soon as you can, space is limited.

Thank you and good luck in the snow!

Jane
